Description

Reporting to the General Manager, Saskatoon Housing Authority, the Tenant Services Manager works closely with the management team to deliver housing programs that provide safe, secure, and affordable housing for those in need.  Collaborating with community agencies and organizations, Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) and the provincial housing network, this position helps shape and implement programs and policies to enhance housing in the community.  This is a leadership role, overseeing the Tenant Services and Customer Service Reception teams.

What youll do:

Participate in the strategic planning process with the Board and senior management to develop effective operational and risk management plans
Foster partnerships with community agencies to support current and emerging goals of SHA, SHC and clients; advocating for housing programs offered by Saskatoon Housing
Research emerging housing trends and develop strategies to effectively respond to the changes
Develop metrics to ensure the delivery of effective client service within the Housing Authority
Develop and oversee program budget to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients

What youll need:

A degree in Social Work, Psychology or similar with a focus on public program & service delivery; and/or
A minimum of seven years experience in healthcare, social services, or similar
Experience working with seniors, families, and at-risk individuals, and
A demonstrated respect for confidentiality and peoples diversity and individual differences
