Job Description: Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual client care and for the overall provision of total client care.
Required Qualifications
Certification in Occupational Health or willing to obtain within 3 years of employment
Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred
Graduate nurse license to practice from the SRNA

Strong public relations and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide leadership in an ever-changing environment

Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to document in a concise and timely manner
General understanding of SAHO Disability Income Plan process and procedures
General understanding of OH&S Legislation
General understanding of WCB processes and procedures
General understanding of the Collective Agreements for SEIU, SUN and HSAS
General understanding of Labor Law and Human Rights as it pertains to ill or injured workers
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety is preferred or willingness to obtain certification within 3 years
Solid understanding of Disability Management and the Return to Work Process
Valid class 5 driver's license required
