The Role

As a Customer Service Representative you will facilitate company sales growth by converting incoming and outbound customer communications into booked service appointments.  

Responsibilities

Exceed daily booking targets for estimates, service calls and maintenance calls
Communicate empathetically, clearly, and effectively with clients and co-workers
Accurately input and maintain client information into our CRM system
Learn and maintain an expert level knowledge of Centennial's services
Learn, modify and follow call scripts and procedures
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction and following up to ensure resolution
Write thank you cards to new clients
Sign up clients to Centennial's Service Club
Perform client satisfaction follow ups
Perform cubeside self-evaluations on a regular basis
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Other duties as required
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Inbound/Outbound calling experience is an asset
Results-driven individual who takes initiative
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical ability
