Description

Western Sales is currently seeking a Service Writer in their Outlook location.  Your job function will be to maintain accurate reports and records relative to the Service department's operation.  You will open work orders, process warranty claims and Product Improvement claims and maintain service technician work orders.  A full job description is available on request.  Must have the ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.  A general understanding of agricultural mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
