WE ARE LOOKING FOR A: SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
    Assist customers with flooring choices best suited for their project
    Learn and know product types, features & benefits of each floor covering/wall covering type and what best to recommend to customers.
    Learn and understand Benjamin Moore Paint line and assist customers in picking out colors that best match their style, project and home.
    Keep store tidy and presentable
    Entering data for inventory control and customer data base purposes
    Working in partnership with other team members at Borges Floor Fashions

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
    Teachability
    Sales experience essential
    An interest in design and dcor
    Positive, upbeat attitude
    Organizational skills an asset
    Tenacity
    Previous experience an asset but not necessary
    Understanding of basic measurements including both the metric and imperial systems
    An eye for detail
    Problem solving  on the job
    Ability to lift 50 lbs
    Drivers license
    Neat and clean appearance
    The ability and interest to participate in introspection and self development
    Available for occasional evening and weekend work
    Communication skills  both written and verbal are essential
    Ability to follow instructions
