Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of driver recruitment - reviewing applications, conducting interviews, validating documents, completing reference checks and coordinating pre-screening testing
Work closely with the Operations Managers to meet staffing requirements
Conduct orientations
Prepare personnel files
Participate in job fairs and trade shows
Maintain policies & procedures and reporting tools as it relates to Company recruitment
Assist in establishing & maintaining strategies, projects & creative initiatives that meet driver recruitment needs
