Description

Under the oversight of the Manager of the Youth Mentor Program, the Youth Mentor Coordinator will be responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of a team of Youth Mentors. Duties also include receiving and managing intakes, matching referred youth to compatible mentors, overseeing monthly reporting and administration, acting as a liaise between the Ministry of Social Services, youth, guardians, and mentors, and running group activities for mentors and their youth.

Modified work hours require some evening and weekend work.  Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle is required.

BSW or combination of education and experience
