Superior Cabinets is currently seeking subcontracted Cabinet Installers to serve our Saskatoon division by installing cabinetry and accessories into both new and renovated homes.
Scope of Work
-Installation of semi-custom and custom cabinetry in all areas of the home
-Inspect cabinetry for deficiencies
-Shim and level cabinets vertically, horizontally and from front-to-back
-Measure, cut and install fillers & moldings as needed
-Set nails, fill nail holes and perform touch-up as required
-Install screw cap covers, crown moulding and light valance where required
-Perform job completion adjustments to doors and drawers, pull-out shelves, Lazy Susan's, pullout garbage units, etc. ensuring consistent alignment and smooth operation
-Locate and drill hardware holes for doors and drawer fronts
-Complete required installation hazard assessments on smartphone app
Requirements
-Proven experience in kitchen cabinet installation, finishing carpentry, and/or construction
-High-level of craftsmanship and professionalism
Installers of Superior Cabinets are subcontracted, providing the opportunity to run a personal business. Please note that all Installers are required to have General Liability Insurance, WCB coverage and a satisfactory criminal record check prior to starting with Superior Cabinets.
