Description

Looking for a individual to fulfill a casual role of property caretaker. This position would be ideal for someone looking for supplemental income or is retired/semi-retired and likes to work independently, early mornings and outdoors.

Qualifications:
- Independent and reliable
- Valid Drivers License and able to drive manual transmission
- Clean criminal record
- Smart phone
- Ability to operate small equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remove litter from sidewalks and parking lots
- Sweep sidewalks
- Empty garbages
- Ensure properties are secure
- Report back any issues or concerns
- Complete requests from property owners as assigned
- Cut lawn and weed control

Hours of work: 3 hour shift approximately 6:00am-9:00am (some flexibility) working 5 days a week Sunday to Thursday.

**This position is seasonal until snow arrives but the successful candidate will have the potential opportunity to stay on during the winter months**

Starting wage is $13.00/hourly. Wage increases will be awarded for performance and reliability.
