Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
Must have skills working with knives, tenderizers, grinders, stuffers, tumblers and general meat machinery.
Customer service oriented
Knowledge of cutting and merchandising of bison, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, wild game, duck, and fish and the ability/knowledge of how to preparing these meats in various manners (i.e. sausage, marinades).
Computer literate
Familiarity with retail business
Knowledge of meat industry products and supplies
Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service at all times
Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
