Andres Truck & Trailer is looking for an Office Manager that will look after the following office functions:
Answer office phone/take messages/direct calls to Shop, Dispatch, A/R, A/P
Payroll
Invoicing for trucking, truck wash, shop, farm and rentals.  
Keeping filing up to date
Export paperwork
Rental contracts and billing
Assist Harmony Health Clinic staff and office as needed
Managing items for sales list
Managing kijiji ads for items for sale and services available.
This position works out of our office located at Windthorst, SK. We share an office building with Harmony Health Clinic and the post office.
The position is PT but could work into a full time position down the road if desired.
