Our client has a full-time permanent opportunity available for a Property Manager in Saskatoon



Responsibilities/Skills

Responsible for the overall management of residential and commercial properties across Canada

Reports to the President and is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, fostering successful business relationships

Managing direct reports - Building Managers and the Assistant Property Manager

Essential skills: proficiency with Microsoft office, basic accounting principles, experience with property management, construction, and real estate an Asset.
