Description

VJ Management Inc. is looking for Liquor Store Supervisor. The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating cashier and sales staff. They will also assist customers, resolve complaints and take inventory.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage cashiers and sales staff, which include assigning workers to duties and creating work schedules.
Interact with customers to acquire market knowledge, recommend products and sell merchandise.
Authorize return of goods.
Resolve customer complaints.
Take inventory of the store and order product accordingly.
Check for any defects and missing goods in the arrived shipments.
Assist in hiring and training of sales staff.

Qualifications
Experience in retail sales as a supervisor, salesperson or clerk.
Have a fundamental understanding of liquor store operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of retail till systems.
Excellent understanding of MS Office and other relevant computer software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Outstanding communication skills and product assessment ability.
