VJ Management is looking for a Bar Tender to start immediately.
Job objective: Working in conjunction with the team and demonstrate values by providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience.
Job Description:
1.    Take drink and snacks orders from the customers.
2.    Make drinks according to standards or as specified by the customers.
3.    Record the liquor sale and collect cash for beverages.
4.    Maintain the bar record and place orders well in advance.
5.    Arrange the bar and make it look captivating
6.    Keep the glassware and bar area clean.
7.    Serve snacks to the customers.
Job Requirements:
1.    Minimum of two years experience in a bar or restaurant or hotel in the food and beverage industry;
2.    Must able to pass a criminal record check;
3.    Good personal references;
4.    Have good work habits and able to work with and supervise staff.
5.    Possesses excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication and time management skills.
6.    Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
