Description

This position works cooperatively with all members of the Customer Service Team to create a positive Museum experience that includes a welcoming Museum atmosphere, providing exceptional reception and gift shop services, and assisting with Museum programs and rentals as requested. This is primarily a weekend position
with the Western Development Museum - North Battleford. Employees work under the general direction of the Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operation of the Museums reception area and Gift Shop.
Opening / closing duties.
Process admission, memberships, and gift shop sales.
Provide visitor service information for guests (in person or by phone).
Stock taking and inventory control of merchandise.
Maintenance of reception area, Gift Shop, staff, and rental areas including cleaning and other light housekeeping duties.
Basic maintenance and cleaning of gallery exhibit areas.
General office and other duties as assigned.
