FHQ Developments Ltd. seeking a Maintenance Technician reporting to the Director of Maintenance. The Maintenance Technician performs a wide-range of housing unit maintenance and repairs. Responsible to complete associated interiors, exteriors work in an efficient and effective manner, and contributes to the overall organizations objectives including customer satisfaction and vacancy management.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and corrective work, general repairs and maintenance to housing unit ( e.g. painting , dry-walling, windows/door, stippling, cement work, stairs, insulation, fences, decks, and specialized renovations to housing units, kitchen, bathrooms & other related work. This role may also apprentice in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing or electrical. This role will adhere to all safety related policies and must follow protocols, procedures and provide excellent customer services. The Maintenance Technician position is required to be on-call and respond to after-hour calls as necessary.
