Bridgeview Manufacturing is currently looking to recruit a assembly line worker.

Bridgeview Manufacturing is a farm equipment manufacturer located near the town of Gerald, SK. We manufacture quality farm implements such as the Bale King line of Bale Processors and hay rakes. We also manufacture the Pulldozer landscaper and scraper pan.

A successful candidate will be required to perform and assist in all aspect of Bridgeview's assembly department as well as any other department in need of workers.

Duties & skills that will be required are as follows:

Using various power tools, forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to assemble Bridgeview's different lines of equipment.
Worker must be somewhat mechanically inclined.
Be able to safely lift heavy objects when required.
Be able to work well with others. Many assembly roles require working directly with one or more co-workers.
Be able to carryout tasks independently when required.
Must be able to be productive under a regular level of supervision once acclimatized to the job.
Must be willing to learn and take instruction from supervisors and other experienced co-workers in order to gain the knowledge to become an effective team member.
Measurable forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset. Mechanical skills are an asset.

Wage is dependent on experience. Compensation includes benefits, performance bonus, RRSP matching, and a 4-10 (Monday - Thursday) shift.
