Horizon is looking for an Apple Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities include:
Answering the telephone
Building and maintaining customer relations in person and on the telephone
Managing customer inquiries in person and on the telephone
Assisting customers with Apple/MAC related purchases
Data entry
Resolve data entry issues
Administrative assistant duties as required
Basic iOS trouble shooting
Requirements:
Exceptional telephone communication skills, along with active listening
Customer focused and adaptable to various personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High school diploma
No experience is necessary as we will provide on the job training to the right candidate. Familiarity with Apple product lines would be considered an asset.
