Description

1. Supervise food services associates, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessment
2. Communicate with supervisors and exchange informations regarding on staffs status, customer complaints, inventories, and special orders.
3. Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation
4. Inspect food and service quality
5. Make sure standards of hygiene is maintained and the store complies with health and safety regulations
6. Keep records, such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees
7. Respond to customer complain and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided
8. Purchased supplies from authorised vendors
9. Maintained weekly operating reports and presentations to senior management
10. Attended appropriate guest service committee meetings
11. Upheld compliance standards for service and meal quality
