1. Supervise food services associates, including scheduling/assigning work, participating in performance assessment
2. Communicate with supervisors and exchange informations regarding on staffs status, customer complaints, inventories, and special orders.
3. Organize stock and equipment, ordering supplies and ingredients to promote efficiency of operation
