Job Description
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Corporate Development & Administration Officer is a key member of the management team. The Corporate Development & Administration Officer fills a strategic role within the Meadow Lake Tribal Councils broader economic development mandate. The role will deliver essential business intelligence support to MLTCs for-profit corporations (MLTCII / MLTC RDI). The role will be responsible for the execution of important growth facets of MLTCIIs strategic plan. This includes all activities related to growth and corporate development, from participating in the development and update of MLTCIIs Strategic Plan, to the identification and attainment of the specific operational objectives supporting successful execution of that plan. In addition, the role will provide essential administration services related to all major 3rd party contracts maintenance and oversight as well as participate on various governance boards related to MLTCs businesses.
