JK KOO Enterprise Ltd. o/a Bigway Foods is looking for 1 Full-time, Permanent Retail Supervisor
(We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Work Setting: Grocery store
Wage & Benefits:
- $17.55 - $19.00/hr depending on experience
- 15 Days Vacation pay and overtime pay is provided
Working hours: 30-36 hour per week (Full-time, Permanent)
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience
Language: English
Main duties:
-Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers,
-Involve advising staff, training new staff, and scheduling shifts,
-Ensure that price is correct, deliveries are made on time, counts are accurate, and always remaining items without unnecessary wastes,
-Ensure that the store is clean, safe and orderly, and make sure shelves are stocked,
-Help its financial goals; Includes evaluating the amount of stocks remaining and sold stocks
-Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
-Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
- Keep detailed records, such as expenditure reports, sales, and staff performance,
- Help customers questions to find items, return of merchandise & perform,
- Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner,
- Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store,
- Sell merchandises to customers if necessary
