Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a Bakery Manager Trainee at our La Ronge Food Store.
Primary Job Functions
Lead, organize, direct and co-ordinate the activities and operations of the Deli department to achieve budgeted goals. Provide guests with Legendary Service. Procurement of product and merchandise. Maintain a safe and clean department at all times. Scheduling team members and coordinating all other duties of the Deli department. Thank all guests for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.
Required Skills
-Ability to Live the Brand with a positive and professional attitude
-Proven leadership experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to lift, load and carry products-extensive physical labour is required
-Self-motivation and highly organized to function in a fast-paced work environment
-Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
Desired Skills/Experience
Retail leadership experience is a must. Bakery and/or fresh food department experience is considered an asset.
Reporting:
Reports to the La Ronge Store Team Leader.
