Vendasta Technologies is seeking someone just like you to fill our role of Project Manager. As a Vendasta Project Manager, you will oversee, plan and direct the completion of new Vendor integration within the Marketplace. This role will work cross functionally with Product Managers, development as well as Vendor Management to facilitate and expedite incoming Vendors.
Responsibilities
Own, manage, and coordinate internal resources and third party/Vendors for the execution of new integrations/projects
Collaborate with key stakeholdersincluding but not limited to Partners, Sales, Success, and the Executiveto gather important insights that drive projects in the right direction
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress of all integrations
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and deadlines
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Vendors as well as internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities that prioritize across multiple key stakeholders, as well as internal teams
Ability to make confident recommendations based on data analysis, customer insight and ongoing stakeholder engagement
Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and unify multiple cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal
3+ years in software/project management experience considered a strong asset
Bachelors of Computer Science or equivalent work experience considered a strong asset
