ACTIVELY HIRING! FREE ACCOMODATIONS AND TWO FREE MEALS PER DAY!

The Front Desk Agent, located at Thompson's Camps in Missinipe, Sk are the first point of contact for ADI customers. This is a full-time position working 8-10 hours 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Accepting guest reservations /cancellations
Ensure guests are oriented upon check-in
Tracking daily check-ins and check-outs and coordinating/selling additional booked items including boat rentals, guiding services, excursion offerings (day fly out lakes, scenic tours, berry picking, day hikes)
Processing guest arrivals, departures including invoicing and payments
Addressing or re-directing guest concerns with room amenities, value added services
Coordinating with housekeeping on daily check-outs and arrivals
Coordinating with camp maintenance
Coordinating with the lead guides
In the low season, calling through previous guest lists to rebook for the next season. The front desk agent may take on additional duties to fill in during the low season including serving and housekeeping
Assist in event planning, logistics and other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma required
Experience in hospitality, administration or customer service preferred
Local area knowledge, background in outdoor activities, fishing, hunting is beneficial
Strong customer service and guest relations skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Ability to learn ADI booking and CRM systems
Proficient writing skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills with guests, other departments
Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Ability to be detail-orientated and multi-task simultaneously

Staff are provided with free-of-charge accommodations and two meals per day. The third meal is can be purchased at 60% off. Fishing boats are available to staff members during off-work hours at a $10/use flat rate.
