Kolibab Mechanical is seeking a Journeyman Plumber & HVAC personnel.
Responsibilities
-Ability to plan, organize & efficiently handle activities & eliminate unnecessary activities
-Regularly completes & hands in paperwork in timely manner
-Knowledge & understanding of phases of job, understanding of code & provincial requirements
-Forecast & prepare scope of work
Read and interpret blueprints
-Take pride in work & review those of others to ensure it is of quality
-Effective in listening to others, expressing ideas & providing relevant & timely information to management, co-workers & customers
-Ability to get along with fellow employees, respect the right of other employees & show a cooperative spirit
-Able to effectively understand problems & make timely, practical decisions

-Fluent in drainage (PVC&ABS), domestic water lines, black iron work, fixtures, mechanical room piping & other mechanical equipment

-Show responsiveness & courtesy in dealing with internal staff, external customers and vendors
-Abides by & exhibits a positive attitude towards safety & contributes to accident prevention, safety awareness & keeps workplace safe and tidy
