The Equine Program Youth Care Worker is responsible for the maintenance and care of the facilities and animals at the ENYR Equestrian Centre. They are responsible for the direct care and supervision of residents along with the development and delivery of programs to contribute to the youths emotional and physical needs and life skills development.

Qualifications:
The Youth Care Worker will have a combination of education and experience related to working with youth and will possess personal attributes that facilitate the development of trusting and caring relationships with youth. As well as demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities required to complete general farm tasks, farm maintenance and to support youth engaged in employment skills training. Knowledge of First Nations culture, traditions, and beliefs is an asset.
The successful candidate must possess or be able to successfully complete the Western Rider certification levels 1-4 and coaching level.
Clear criminal record check, valid driver's license Class 5 Novice II or higher, and valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C Certification are mandatory for employment.
