This individual will be responsible for supporting the administration of various retirement and health and welfare benefit programs.

You and Your Role
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits is required
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency to include using pivot tables, v-lookups and the mailmerge feature in Word)
HRIS experience is required with a preference given to Workday and Kronos experience
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have knowledge of federal, and provincial healthcare regulations, and other regulations
Must be detailed and customer service oriented
Special projects as needed (such as file feed enhancements, managing the total reward statement data collection, testing, and project management)
