FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR #1
FULL-TIME POSITION
Your responsibilities will include the administration of all facilities contracts (i.e. janitorial, security, safety); support in preparation of forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting; preparing payment authorizations; arranging and programming access in the keyless entry system; administrative support for annual workplace safety inspections; and more.
FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR #2
12-MONTH TERM
You will be the primary touchpoint related to event administration. Your responsibilities will include working closely with park tenants, vendors and contractors; managing all bookings of meeting rooms and common area spaces; preparing invoices; administering accounts receivable; using and setting up audio / visual equipment; and more.
YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
- exceptional customer service and communication skills with an aim to deliver and maintain a high level of tenant satisfaction
- a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- confidence in managing multiple and competing priorities; exceptional organizational skills
- basic knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- familiarity with contract terminology and administration
- a Diploma in Business Administration / Commerce and one to three years of experience in an administrative, events or facilities related role
