Description

Main Duties:
Oversee the execution of all domestic and international shipments, including successful receipt of required permits
Manage the Distribution team in their successful fulfillment of all B2C sales orders
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory of FPL based on sales forecasts
Process inventory orders for international shipments
Analyze KPI's (e.g.Processing and delivery times)and implement strategies to improve performance in our Distribution Centre.
Establish required contracts with couriers
Solve any operational transport problems
Recommend and implement changes in the Company's ERP system with regards to logistics and distribution
Create and revise Company SOP's with relevance in distribution of product
Provide required shipping/receiving information for reporting to various regulatory bodies
Ensure all logistics and distribution staff adhere to Company policies and SOP's
Training of logistics and distribution staff on required SOP's
*all other assigned duties.
