All-Rite Mechanical Ltd. is looking for someone to fill the roll of Service Co-ordinator within our HVAC service department. Experience within the Plumbing and HVAC industry is preferred.

Core Responsibilities
1. Schedule and dispatch service techs.
2. Create new work orders, issue PO's for material and fill out billing information when complete.
3. Create new customers and vendors in service system.
4. Assist with accounts receivable for service dept.
5. Assist in the generation of quotes, forms, required by Service Manager.
Key Skills
1. Must be proficient with using windows based programs.
2. Enjoys working in a team environment.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Any accounting experience is beneficial although not a primary skill in this role.
