Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Requirements:
- Business Administration or Office Administration certificate or diploma OR
Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong Skills with Microsoft office package; Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat DC
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Work Independently
- Organizational skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Criminal Record check and Fit For Duty testing
- First Aid (CPR)
Job Description:
- Receive and place phone calls
- Emailing with customers and Vendors
- Taking customers information and create work orders.
- Filling information
- Create Purchase Orders, invoices
- Review and creating documents.
- Follow up with customers and employees
- Taking minutes from video/audio and in person meetings
- Web Page/Social Media updating
- Assistance with day to day scheduling
- Assisting Supervisors with project documentation
