Supplement King is seeking our Saskatchewan General Manager, a person who will be passionate about Health and Fitness, growing store success and connecting with the community to oversee our Regina and Moose Jaw locations.

We recognize that every single person walks into our stores with a goal.  As our General Manager, you and your team help customers achieve their goals through excellence in store operations and the creation of extraordinary experiences.  

Key responsibilities include:
    Leadership of our sales team, motivating consistent improvements
    Development of sales strategies and targets and coaching staff to achieve
    Maintenance of a welcoming, safe and clean store environment which draws customers back time and again
    Communication with staff, suppliers and owners
    Preparation of forecasts and records on sales, returns, performance and problems
    Management of security and safety of store, staff and customers
The successful candidate will have:
    High School Diploma and ideally further education on health/nutrition/fitness
    4+ years of Retail Store Management experience
    Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and financial management skills
    Alignment with the values and identity of the Supplement King brand
    Enthusiastic, positive aura around them
    A proven track record of successfully increasing sales, profits, brand awareness and customer loyalty
