Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Development, the Director, Programming, Entertainment and Tenant Relations is a member of the REAL Leadership Team and participates in the development and implementation of the corporate strategic plan, develops and implements department plans and a budget that supports the corporate strategy.   The Director, Programming, Entertainment and Tenant Relations leverages our entire REAL campus as a canvas for creativity and possibility through leadership and focus on utilization and activation 365 days a year making REAL truly the heart of our community and Province.  Leading with a true sense of long-term partnership this Director focuses efforts on increased revenue and greater brand recognition for REAL by participating in key decision-making in the creation, implementation and delivery of key initiatives that drive revenue growth through sales, planning, event management, identifying efficiencies and expense management with the goals of achieving operational excellence.
