Member Service Representative *(MSR I/MSR Rural) - 6 month term - Archerwill

We're looking for an attentive Member Service Representative with great communication skills to join our team at the Archerwill branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!

As the Member Services Representative Rural, it would be your job to provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as accounts, consumer deposit products, terms, RRSP's and TFSA's to our new and existing members in a friendly, genuine way!

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services, the Member Service Representative Rural will processes member transactions, deliver member information, promote credit union deposit services and make referrals.

* This position is for an approximate 6 month term and may be shortened or lengthened depending on organizational requirements.  This position may be filled as a Member Service Representative I or Member Service Representative Rural depending on the successful candidates qualifications.



What we are looking for . . . . .

To be considered for our Member Service Representative Rural position, you must have post-secondary education in business and up to one year of related customer service experience or equivalent combination of education or experience.
