BACKGROUND

This Request for Proposal is being issued by the Board of Directors of Treaty Education Alliance (TEA), to obtain proposals from external consultants to conduct a Performance Appraisal of the Executive Director.

Treaty Education Alliance is a First Nations educational organization designing and providing quality educational supports and services for First Nations on reserve schools in the Treaty 4 territory.

REQUIREMENTS

The following information is required from Vendors who choose to respond:
    Provide a brief description of your company's history,
    Detail your experience in providing leadership assessment consulting services to organizations in the Education sector and First Nations organizations,
    Describe how you will approach the appraisal process,
    Identify the appropriate evaluation methodology to meet the appraisal criteria,
    Describe the communication process you will use to report your findings,
    Provide a work-plan with timelines and estimated time of completion, and;
    Outline your proposed costs and fees.
