Service Desk Support
Location: Regina
Duration: 3 months
Rate: $18-$20/hr
Description:
Looking for service desk professionals to help support remote users located around the province.
Shifts range from 8:00AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday (including holidays).
The service desk personnel will be working in an internal call centre located in Regina supporting Microsoft Office and custom applications.
Service desk personnel will also be required to provide general hardware and network support and troubleshooting.
Required:
1 year of experience providing service desk support;
3 years of experience supporting Windows 7 and Microsoft Office applications;
Must be available to work a variety of shifts Monday through Sunday;
Must not require significant time off for the duration of the contract;
Must be local to Regina
Candidates must be based in and legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada - No sponsorship Available for this role
