Dynamo Electric is one of Western Canada's fastest growing engineering, design-build construction, testing, and electrical maintenance service companies and is seeking an Office Administrator to support our Senior Leadership, Operations and Business Development teams.

As an Office Administrator, you will take on a variety of tasks to coordinate the development of proposals and quotations. You will work closely with Project Managers and the Business Development Team to assist them with coordinating administrative tasks associated to ongoing projects.

This position will require flexibility, efficiency, and high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and enjoy a variety of tasks, highly organized and possess a keen attention to detail.

- Post Secondary education in Business, Marketing, Administration, or relatable field.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior administrative role conducting key functions, preferably in an Electrical services, Technical services, or Engineering office environment.
- Experience working with quotation submittal software such as Merx and Ariba would be an asset.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, tracking, and monitoring work processes for a project team and ability to plan and execute work efficiently and under tight time constraints.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle considerable volume under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong formatting, grammar, and keyboarding skills in Microsoft Word.
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office 365  particularly MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial, human resource and client files.
