Experience in a fast-paced office environment and knowledge of oil, trucking, and construction industries would be an asset. Experience with accounting and safety compliance software, and MS office is required. In your role as Administrative Receptionist, daily duties would include: invoice clients, manage accounts receivable and payable, answer phones, bank deposits, create and manage spreadsheets, update and retrieve financial data, perform clerical duties such as maintain filing and records systems, perform general office duties, prepare reports
