Description

*Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, to protect our staff please call ahead if wishing to stop by the premises*

Asphalt Paver/Screed Operator with previous paving experience required for full time position.  
Experience on other paving equipment an asset (such as rollers, planers and oil distributers)
Work in the Regina area.

Job Duties:
-Operate the paver screed and other equipment as needed in a safe and efficient manner to produce a high quality product
-Perform daily maintenance and safety checks
-Safely operate roller is successive passes over surfaces to compact asphalt to desired compaction and smoothness
-Operate other heavy equipment and assist with other paving duties as directed
-Assist with site set up and clean up
-Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation
-Comply with applicable legislation including safe operation and occupational health and safety
-Provide feedback to supervision regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems
-Complete all necessary paperwork
-Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements:
-1-2 years experience operating a paver screed
-Valid drivers license with the ability to get to and from site
-PME certification for equipment
-High attention to detail with strong values rooted in health and safety
-Ability to work in a high paced environment with high physical demand
-Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Scheduling flexibility as overtime and out of town may be required
-Steel-toe safety boots are required
