Float between rooms and sites acting as a role model. Provide positive feedback and constructive criticism to staff. help with hiring of staff, orientation and staff evaluations. monitor students, act as supervisor when director is not present. Know and follow childcare regulations. Work with director to solve personnel issues and parent complaints. Help with scheduling, fire drills. Create a positive staff environment and morale on the floor. Work as a team with the Director. Attend board meetings and staff meetings. Assist in other activities that the director assigns.
