The purpose of the Sr. Commercial Administrator is to provide daily processing of credit applications to support Commercial Markets services in managing client relationships and developing new business. This position deals with commercial and corporate accounts involving credit requirements generally ranging from $500,000 to $20 million or greater.

Key Outcomes:
The Sr. Commercial Administrator manages documentation and funding for all loan activity from credit unions or third party sources by ensuring security and other loan documentation is in order and is compliant prior to funding, ensuring  conditions of credit have been met, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through completion or verification of account documentation.

This position also manages documentation and account set up for Commercial Deposit clients by completing client onboarding documentation and preparation, assisting sales staff with communication for new deposit clients, and inputting account(s) within the system of record.  This role also completes client identification using technology partners, and follow up for deficiencies in the onboarding process.

The Sr. Commercial Administrator also ensures data integrity in the system of record for Commercial lending by inputting all credit transactions into the system as required.

The Sr. Commercial Administrator contributes to Concentra Bank activities by supporting process and organizational change, contributing to implementation of changes affecting the department, as well as providing feedback and recommendations to management on efficiencies and effectiveness.
