Description

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Trailer Sales Manager, and work in conjunction with the Trailer Division at our Saskatoon location.

This position will be primarily based out of our Saskatoon location but will be required to travel within Saskatchewan to our other locations once a week on a rotating schedule (overnight travel may be required).

Their primary responsibilities will include:

Providing office support to the Trailer team provincially and collaborating with all departments within the organization
Creating weekly Sales and Inventory reports
Assisting in Inventory management and control
Organization of all product in or yard is clean and properly displayed.
Monitor website and ensure all used, clearance and new inventory are advertised
Monitor manufacturer lead times and Purchase Orders provincially
Completion of warranty registrations
Work closely with the logistics department to ensure all transfer requests are processed and all timelines are met.
Coordinate and Plan trade show events
Physically able to lift trailer ramps, hook up trailers, open Trailer doors
Manage and order all marketing materials

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic computer knowledge is a must
Very knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are a must)
Camera/Video operations is an asset
Able to work within a team environment
Self starter
Customer Service Experience is an asset
Leadership skills are an asset
An eager and motivated attitude.
A willingness to learn new things and to help out other team members.
Forklift training is an asset but not required
