Adobe/VeriPark Lead
Open to any location in Canada
Reporting to the Manager Digital/Core Banking, the Adobe/VeriPark Lead, is responsible for evaluating digital marketing processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement during the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager/VeriPark, a digital marketing and omni-channel banking platform. The Adobe/VeriPark Lead will conduct ongoing reviews of digital web, app and marketing processes and develop optimization strategies, contributing to a seamless rollout of the Adobe Experience Manager and VeriChannel platform. Responsibilities include the following:
Work closely with vendors, technicians, and business units
Balance business users requests and requirements with technical constraints
Working closely with Business Intelligence project teams or other resources for completion of projects
Ensure vendor solutions meet business needs and requirements
Lead team members in test planning, test case creation and test execution activities
Perform functional and user acceptance testing
Evaluate digital marketing and web processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement, working with the vendor to match digital and web processes to vendor workflows
Lead ongoing reviews of digital marketing and web processes and develop optimization strategies
Collaborate with vendors to establish and document shared testing strategies and processes
