Description

Preperation of Hakka vegetarian foods, Chicken Food, Seafood, to order

We will teach you how to prepare/Garish our menu items

Other duties include cutting, preparation of raw chicken, beef, seafood, carving and portioning food prior to cooking

Recieve delivers and ensure safe storage of food

Minnmum 2 years experience working in Hakka Chinese cuisine

Maintain a clean work environment, notify Level 2 cooks of any safety issues

Maintain stock levels of, Communicating to your team of shortages

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by a supervisor
