Work with one of Saskatchewans fastest growing agencies as Graphic Designer. Coordinate and work with a team of Graphic Designers on both local brands and some of the largest brands in Western Canada. The position is fast paced, requires organization and multi-tasking. The position requires technical graphic design training, knowledge of print setup and strength in creativity. Project management with a focus on efficiency, quality and maximizing margins is key.
Wow Factor Media has been in business since 2009 and continues to grow offering services such as online marketing, web design and development, graphic design and branding and print.
Job Location: Remote workplace is negotiable due to COVID-19. Training required in-person out of the Head Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Core Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Graphic designers and delegating projects based on project timelines, capacity etc.
Working one-on-one with Wow sales managers and the clients. Proofing to clients, relaying feedback to the graphic designer.
Spearheading design concepts and collaborating with designers to ensure the highest quality designs prior to proofing.
Reviewing all files for correct and sound file setup prior to sending to production or to the client. Ability to take over design for proper setup if/when required.
Graphic design is required from time to time.
Use of Trello required
Coordinating with print production on due dates, requirements etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator proficient, Diploma or Degree in Graphics Communications or equivalent. Technical Skills required, print setup, colour matching, project management. Previous job experience is helpful but not required. Clear and concise communication is key, problem solving, organization, multi-tasking, and ability to work quickly and efficiently are good personality traits for this position.
