SeedMaster is currently seeking an innovative, forward-thinking and results-oriented individual who will work closely with our sales team members, as the Global Sales Manager reporting to the CEO.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective dealers, as well as cultivating existing relationships along with your team of territory representatives. You have the opportunity to meet with our valued dealers regularly and network to create new business.

In this role you will lead the Sales team to prepare account strategies and plans to increase the market share for SeedMaster products, as well as provide leadership and direction within the team. You will also manage sales growth and strategy internationally.
You will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitive positioning in the marketplace, and utilize our Customer Relationship Management system. You will also have both knowledge and experience in constructing and executing a thorough business plan.

This position requires your expert communication and presentation skills, and a passion for the farming industry.  Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education, as well as eight to ten years of sales experience.  Those who have worked in sales and have experience in an agriculture related field will also be given priority.

Significant travel will be required including some international travel.

You will receive a competitive compensation package and a vehicle allowance for all work-related travel.
