Lake Country Co-op is hiring a Bulk Petroleum Team Leader to join our Ag Department in Nipawin, SK
What youll do:
-Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align the Co-operatives vision, mission, values
-Ensure legendary guest service is provided at all times
-Oversee Bulk Petroleum, Oil and Septic Service dispatch, delivery, record keeping, billing and pricing; oversee the South Cardlock site and the Nipawin Agro Store operations
-Order, receive, stock, display, lead and model the Human Resources and Finance/POS functions
-Maintaining relationships with customers and resolving delivery and service complaints
-Investigate and resolve delivery and service issues, spills and accidents
-Maintain image and standards and associated checklists
-Drive and lead sales in bulk petroleum, bulk oil, in store oils and lubricants, pumps and tanks
-Monitor and keep proper records of septic pickup and disposal
-Work with the propane department to seek new customers and maintain current accounts
-Seek out new customers or sales opportunities
-Perform spot checks on delivery units to ensure safety and maintenance
-Be a leader in safety and efficiencies
-Be readily available as a backup fuel and septic driver
-Maintain confidentiality regarding all company and customer files and records
Who you are:
-Professional and brand-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor
-Manage complexity and are detail-oriented
-Have Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary business experience is an asset
-Have a 3A or 1A license
-Have diversified energy, ag product, ag equipment and leadership experience
-Available to work a schedule that will meet the needs of our Agricultural producers
-Willing to obtain TDG, WHMIS, Bulk Plant, Petro Driver and Fuels and Lubricants certification
-Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
-Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
