Description

Horizon has an opening for a full-time energetic motivated team player to join our growing Services Team. You will be part of our Service Desk team providing support to Horizon Managed Services customers. Your primary role is to provide first level support remotely or onsite as required. You must have a commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering friendly courteous service to our clients.

Windows 7, 10
Mac OSX
Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019)
Networking
Firewalls
Backup Technologies
Preventative maintenance

Qualifications:
Understanding of ITIL framework
Problem solving skills
Prior experience on a Service Desk an asset
Prior experience providing deskside support an asset
Ability to work on a team
Ability to move from one task to the other quickly
Desktop / laptop troubleshooting and repair
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of industry monitoring and service desk tools
Certifications an asset (Microsoft, CompTIA, Fortinet)
