Description

Cupboard Brothers Cabinet Factory in Regina Saskatchewan is looking for an experienced Commercial Cabinet/Millwork estimator and Sales Consultant. This position will be responsible for developing timely and accurate project cost estimates for custom commercial cabinet and mill work projects along with follow up and selling. Costs are determined using architectural drawings, specifications, and job specific requirements.utilizing computer software applications to develop the bids and subsequent proposals.
Job Responsibilities:
-Analyze and evaluate specifications, drawings, blueprints and other information to accurately prepare material and labor estimates
-Use Cabinet Vision software and ProjectPak estimating software to assemble bids.
-Prepare and submit bids to clients and contractors.
-Follow up bids and finalize sales contracts.
-Self-starter and ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at the same time
-Provide excellent customer service and build relationships to align with organization objectives
Qualifications and Required Skills:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetry,millwork, carpentry or a similar industry
-Working knowledge of custom cabinet & millwork fabrication
-Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to read blueprints, interior design, and architectural drawings
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a team
-Technical experience in construction, bidding, and estimating
-Perform basic math functions with accuracy and consistency
-Have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook and operate basic office equipment, (Cabinet Vision and ProjectPak proficiency preferred)
-Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure, deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
