- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance
- Perform onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel (Warm Handoff) with other Anchor employees
- Record events and problems and their resolution in Anchors ConnectWise tools
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end-users to Anchor's Corporate Account Manager
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards, etc.) to ensure the functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Line Of Business programs and applications support and escalation
- Oversees physical security & surveillance systems and ensures all alarms, DVRs and cameras
